This is the final report of Minneapolis Community Priority Setting Implementation Committee, which accomplished its task in three phases: Development of goal statements; development of criteria against which each of the goal statements could be assessed; and a design of a voting process, the results of which would assist identifying the community-priorities. These results are to impact the Federation's decision making in terms of allocations.
