Memorial Foundation for Jewish Culture, Ukeles Associates, February 1999

The Memorial Foundation for Jewish Culture is preparing the groundwork for a full-scale inventory of Jewish cultural assets in the Former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe. This project seeks to locate these assets, document their characteristics, assess their condition and make recommendations for how the most important of these assets can be restored or preserved.
