The purpose of this study is to assess the feasibility of a Federation-sponsored capital expansion program for the Sarasota-Manatee Jewish Community. It focuses on five potential capital facility needs: JCC expansion; nursing home; low income senior housing; supportive housing; and day schools. The recommendations fall into four categories: capital campaign; community building; campaign structure; and future services and capital development.
