Fact Finding By Federations for Community Planning

Jewish Federations are increasingly taking on larger roles related to Jewish community planning. Research suggests that as Federations assume greater responsibility for guiding the development of Jewish communal services, they will have to establish a continuous year-round research and information service whose job it will be to substitute facts for guess in community planning.
