Understanding Jewish Community Needs: The Greater Los Angeles Regional Needs Survey

By Saul Andron

Jewish Communal Service Association of North America (JCSA), December 1984

Needs assessment research has many applications beyond priorities ranking and impacting on resource allocation patterns. The regional focus of these survey findings provides Jewish Federation Council (JFC) and its agencies a valuable instrument to engage in a continuing examination of the relevance of existing service activities to changing human and communal service needs and priorities.
