The author discusses his new book (co-written with Hadas Roth) Who Leads? Israel-Diaspora Relations, which deals with the ideology, positions, attitudes and policies of various social entities in Israel society and the problems facing Israel and Diaspora communities. In this article, the author provides an analysis based on the findings of his book with a special focus on what should and can be changed within Israeli sphere of the Israel-Diaspora relationship.
