This is an evaluation study of the multi-denominational United Hebrew School (UHS), in Springfield, Massachusetts. The present study was initiated with a view toward ascertaining the status of administrative practices, student achievement, quality of instruction and staff, staff relations, and governance and finances, three years after the rebuilding of the school.
