Our community is changing in front of us. The aging of the Baby Boomers is helping to transform congregations across the denominational spectrum. People are demanding that Jewish institutions respond in serious ways to the challenges they face. It is now clear that if these demands are not met by their synagogues, the seekers will go elsewhere.
