By Jonas Waizer

Jewish Communal Service Association of North America (JCSA), Fall 2010

F-E-G-S has emerged as a significant provider of community mental health in synchrony with the pattern of reforms that marks the changes in the broader field. One factor enabling it to be such a major provider has been its willingness to embrace change and anticipate new models of care and undertakings on behalf of its client constituency. Another factor has been the infrastructure of core supports that mitigate risk and support calculated changes in response to community needs and emerging opportunities.
