A Community Mental Hygiene Program

A community mental hygiene program should consist of a neuropsychiatric clinic to which all cases presenting medico-social problems should be referred for examination, a habit clinic for children of pre-school age, an observation home where intimate and prolonged study of problem children can be made, and an institution where reconstructive work with mentally disabled children can be carried out.
