In January 2008, the Myers-JDC-Brookdale Institute, together with Ministry of Health and the National Institute for Health Policy, organized a seminar highlighting key issues to be addressed in the evaluation of the mental health reform. The goal of the seminar was to identify the topics and parameters that should be monitored in the evaluation. This report summarizes the discussion of the salient issues and central questions and the rationale for choosing them.
