This document is an outline of a training workshop held at the 2006 Annual Meeting in Washington, DC for the EngagingAmerica initiative of the AJC. The workshop focuses on several major areas, including rethinking leadership to include collaboration, understanding Jewish identity and the role it plays in intergroup engagement, resources about how to be an effective advocate, as well as resources for talking to those outside the Jewish community about Israel.
