The "Rules for the Regulation of Transportation" state in which cases one city's Jewish charitable agencies may assist a dependent individual or family to travel to another city, whether for the purpose of finding work or reuniting with their family, and the cooperation the agency is required to undertake with the destination city. Illustrating the application and interpretation of the rules, several cases and their adjudications are published.
