The Purpose and Framework of the Jewish Collective Conversation

The collective conversation should address issues which require decisions. The purpose and the framework of the Jewish conversation needs to focus on ensuring Jewish continuity. The conversation can take place, informally, via social networks and, formally, through public conversations held along the lines of the Zionist Congress.
