We Don't Need a Peoplehood Parliament - Just People

By Jay Michaelson

Center for Jewish Peoplehood Education, November 2012

Michaelson sends a cautionary note and proposes alternatives when faced with the creation of global Jewish institutions. He argues that the "Parliament of the Jewish People" would not add any new benefits to the global Jewish institution system. He criticizes the lack of clarity regarding membership in the Parliament and questions the desirability of such an institution.
