Michael Sobell Sinai School is the largest Jewish primary school in Europe with 672 pupils on roll. It is an orthodox co-educational three-form entry school for children aged 3-11. The purpose of the inspection was to look in detail at: (1) the quality of teaching and learning, (2) the progress made by all groups of pupils, and (3) the extent to which the curriculum, schemes of work and lesson planning meet the needs of all pupils. The following report identifies the strengths and weaknesses of the school and provides recommendations for improvement.
