This report is based on the remarks of speakers who participated in a conference made up of women from Baha'i, Christian, Hindu, Jewish, Muslim and Sikh communities. At this conference, women discussed issues raised by the speakers and voiced challenges women face in their own communities. Suggestions for progress, success stories and best practices were also discussed. This report highlights the major themes arising from the conference. A summary of each topic is followed by quotations from participants and a brief note on the major themes arising from the evening.
