What Makes a President?

By Leonard Fein

Forward Association, 2008

What virtues and skills are most important for America's next president? Does America need an orator? Obama can motivate like none other. How about experience and wisdom? Hillary Clinton's your lady. John Edwards may not have much, but he has passion and energy in spades. Across the aisle, there's the businessman Mitt Romney and the Baptist Preacher Mike Huckabee. And of course the bravery of the veteran John McCain. Choose wisely, this nation can ill-afford another president as lacking in virtue as the man soon to be leaving.
