A Netanyahu Conversion? The Case for Skepticism

Benjamin Netanyahu's settlement moratorium has been hailed as a dovish turn, a sign that perhaps Israel's right has finally understood that international pressure will not allow them to hold onto the West Bank permanently and the time for withdrawal is nigh. But don't be so sure. There is more than enough reason to suppose that this is nothing more than politicking by Bibi Netanyahu, the latest move in a political game.
