Leonard Fein laments the choice presented to the residents of New York City in their upcoming mayoral election, forced to half-heartedly vote against Rudolph Giuliani and not being totally enamored of David Dinkins. But given the choice between Giuliani's strong-arm bullying, and Dinkins civility, the choice for Dinkins is clear, to the author at least.
