By Malcolm Hoenlein

Avraham Harman Institute of Contemporary Jewry, 2008

The speaker responds to the first Annual Assessment produced by the Jewish People Policy Planning Institute. His address emphasizes issues such as the war on terrorism; poverty as a phenomenon becoming a global problem for the Jewish people; the importance of Hebrew in general and of the domain of the language by Jewish Diaspora leaders; and the importance of adult education.
