Contribution to a Symposium on "The Jewish School Teacher Today and Tomorrow"

The article deals with the shortage of qualified teachers for supplementary schools. Based on a exploratory research, the authors suggest that any school experiencing a shortage form an ongoing Recruitment Committee; at the community level they recommend the Bureau forms a Recruitment Advisory Board and at the national level a Recruitment Policy Consortium.
