Trends in Jewish Demography and Their Effects on Campaign Planning

By Gary A. Tobin

Conference of Jewish Communal Service, Jewish Communal Service Association of North America (JCSA), Winter 1985

The author calls for updating Jewish institutional and organizational models. He claims that all of these models, including the fund raising models, are at least a generation old. Furthermore, he calls for the new organizational models to be location-specific because one cannot assume that a model that works in Cleveland or Detroit is likely to work in a city like Phoenix.
