Baby Boomers in Retirement: Implications for the Workforce

The author discusses ways in which the retirement choices of American Baby Boomers will affect the nation's economy and way of life. She concludes that a growing number of Boomers who thought they had resources in place for their retirement will likely need to turn to the government and to the nonprofit sector for help in their later years.
