JVS -- The Economic Engineer for All Times

By Gail A. Magaliff

Jewish Communal Service Association of North America (JCSA), Summer 2007

The author discusses implications for the Jewish vocational service field of the impending retirement of 77 million Baby Boomers in America. As they age and require greater accommodations to remain in the workplace, these Boomers will be passionate advocates for new and innovative medical and workplace technologies and methodologies, the author contends. The JVS network will continue to take the lead in finding career, work, and volunteer opportunities for the Boomer generation, she predicts.
