JESNA (the Jewish Education Service of North America) and CAJE (the Coalition for the Advancement of Jewish Education) present the results of a survey they conducted asking educators questions about a) the environment for Jewish education, b) the nature of the work of a Jewish educator as they experience it, and c) the knowledge and skills required to be successful.
