The authors identify seven broad systemic strategies that will set the agenda for the future of Jewish congregational education: 1) developing a clear vision; 2) building systemic linkages; 3) building broad community-wide support; 4) creating effective, coordinated educational support systems; 5) developing new models for effective education; 6) strengthening the systems for sharing knowledge and experience; and 7) identifying and preparing high-quality personnel.
