Some Fertility Differentials Among Jewish Women in Israel

The main differential in Israeli fertility is between Israelis of European origin (low) and of Afro-Asian origin (high). This paper attemps to sort out factors such as education, literacy, and cultural background to offer a more sophisticated understanding of the fertility rates and lifestyle choices of various Israeli subcommunities.
