New Perspectives on Staff Organization in the Jewish Community Center

The author begins by examining the functions of the center in terms of the values and its particular mode of concentrations. The piece also specifically focuses on the effective supervision and utilization of professionals with graduate degrees. It concludes by affirming the importance of rethinking staff functions and organization.
