The author discusses the mission of the Jewish Theological Seminary (JTS), describing the tasks that the seminary will undertake under his leadership as Chancellor. The author expresses that JTS's contribution to the Conservative movement will be to reach out to as many Conservative Jews as possible and to share why he believes that this is the way that God and Torah want Jews to walk.
