Who are Our Future Leaders?

For our Jewish community, the "Baby Boom" generation represents a powerful challenge. Many of them have socio-economic comfort and security and see an opportunity to explore and learn about issues that they may have rejected or passed over when they were young. For many of this cohort, this is a time to rediscover their Judaism on an adult level and to explore how Jewish tradition and values can have meaning in their lives.
