This piece describes the Jewish Farm School, a program that provides alternative breaks for college students. Participants are given the opportunity partake in building and farming projects as well as discussions related to Judaism and sustainability. The program aims to provide opportunities for larger communal experiences as well as intimate conversational experiences that are centered on food.
