Moving In-stream

This piece reflects on one rabbi's idea to integrate the non-synagogue affiliated group Brooklyn Jews with the Reform synagogue Congregation Beth Elohim. The piece highlights the rewards and challenges of trying to link and create a community which includes bridging generational gaps as well the ability of technology to strengthen dialogue across communities and within communities. The piece concludes by affirming the value of synagogues opening doors to different communities to increase opportunities to revitalize Jewish life.
