The article presents data about the Jewish population of South Florida from 1940 through 1988. In sum, the Jewish population of the United States has shown a decided shift toward California and Florida. The Jewish population of South Florida has shown a decided shift to Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Furthermore, the Jewish population of Dade County has shown a shift from Shenandoah and South Beach to North Miami Beach and Kendall.
