This report documents the proceedings of the thirteenth annual meeting of the Jewish Publication Society of America, which took place on May 19, 1901, in the Keneseth Israel Temple in Philadelphia, PA. Among the topics discussed are: plans for a Jewish American magazine; organizational growth and membership data; new publications, including the publication of the first volume of the Jewish Encyclopedia; the ongoing Bible translation project; and an address on the subject of Jewish intellectual and cultural situation in America. The proceedings of the meeting are outlined, and members nation-wide are listed by name, by state of residence. The Society's charter and by-laws are also included.
