This report documents the proceedings of the fourteenth annual meeting of the Jewish Publication Society of America, which took place on May 18, 1902, in the Keneseth Israel Temple in Philadelphia, PA. Among the topics discussed are: the lack of viable plans for a Jewish American magazine; the arrival in America of Dr. Solomon Schechter; organizational growth and membership data; new publications; and the ongoing Bible translation project. The proceedings of the meeting are outlined, and members nation-wide are listed by name, by state of residence. The Society's charter and by-laws are also included.
