This report documents the proceedings of the sixteenth annual meeting of the Jewish Publication Society of America, which took place on May 22, 1904, in the Keneseth Israel Temple in Philadelphia, PA. Among the topics discussed are: the Bible translation project (the JPS translation of the Book of Psalms was published and well-received); the publication of two volumes on the Kishnieff massacre; plans to gather statistics on the Jews of the US; and the deaths of Marcus Jastrow and Simon Adler Stern, both of whom are eulogized. The proceedings of the meeting are outlined, and members nation-wide are listed by name, by state of residence. The Society's charter and by-laws are also included.
