The Passport Question in Congress

American Jewish Committee (AJC), Jewish Publication Society (JPS), 1910

This article supplements the article entitled "The American Passport in Russia," which appeared in volume 6 of the American Jewish Year Book. That article mostly contained extracts from diplomatic correspondences from the US State Department advocating on behalf of the rights of Jewish American citizens traveling in Russia to be treated like any other Americans instead of being harassed under Russian discriminatory laws. This article provides resolutions introduced and/or passed by the US Congress treating this subject.
