This report documents the proceedings of the twenty-fourth annual meeting of the Jewish Publication Society of America, which took place on May 26, 1912, in the Keneseth Israel Temple in Philadelphia, PA. Among the proceedings documented are: continued membership growth (now over ten thousand members); new publications, including a translation of essays by Ahad Ha'Am; and a report on the ongoing Bible translation project, estimated to be completed in roughly two years. The proceedings of the meeting are outlined, and members nation-wide are listed by name, by state of residence. The Society's charter and by-laws are also included, along with a list of books issued by the JPS.
