The following is the Fifteenth Annual Report of the American Jewish Committee (AJC). The AJC's Annual Meeting was held on 13 November 1921. This report begins with the Annual Report of the Executive Committee, which includes an explanation of a newfound anti-Semitism that seeks to blame the Jewish people for worldwide disorder and chaos, a description and transcript of the official rejection and condemnation of post-World War I anti-Semitism by the Church, and an article entitled "The Peril of Racial Prejudice," which was prepared by John Spargo and was signed by one hundred and nineteen distinguished Christians from every walk of life. Furthermore, the falsity of the "Protocols" is discussed. Then, the transcript of a lengthy letter written by President of the American Jewish Committee Louis Marshall to President Harding against H.R. Bill 4075, which undertakes to restrict immigration so that the number of aliens of any nationality who may be admitted under the immigration laws of the United States in any fiscal year shall be limited to three percent of the number of foreign-born persons of such nationality resident in the United States. Finally, the report concludes with administrative matters (i.e., financial statements, the Act of Incorporation of the American Jewish Committee, and lists of membership of the executive committee, etc.).
