Application of the Rorschach in a Jewish Vocational Agency

By Joseph L. Taylor

Jewish Communal Service Association of North America (JCSA), National Conference of Jewish Social Welfare, March 1949

This paper discusses some aspects of current thinking about the use of the Rorschach test in a Jewish Vocational Agency and presents case material to illustrate the application of the test in a vocational agency. Beginning with a review of negative feeling toward the Rorschach, the author hopes to provide a framework within which to evaluate various shades of opinion. It is felt that future discussions of the Rorschach test include case illustrations to provide data for evaluating the contribution of the test to vocational agencies.
