The authors of Turbulent Times: The British Jewish Community Today contend that there has been a shift within Jewish communal discourse from a strategy of security to a strategy of insecurity. This shift resulted in an increased emphasis on Jewish education and practice as well as renewing and strengthening cultural resources.
