Have No Fear

By Yehudah Mirsky

CLAL: the National Jewish Center for Learning and Leadership, November 24, 1995

The author reacts with shock and grief to the assassination of Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin. He notes that a tense, three-way division is deepening within Judaism, between Orthodox, nationalist and universalist Jews. Those on all sides should exercise compassion and moderation, rejecting extremism, the author cautions.
