Response to Cases

By Larry Gellman

CLAL: the National Jewish Center for Learning and Leadership, December 13, 1996

The author provides responses to the dilemmas presented in this issue of Sh'ma, as an investment manager/campaign chairman for a Jewish federation. He takes issue with the format of expected responses, instead explaining that the process towards the answer is what matters. He opines that the dilemmas are more of a temptation, and two situations in which to pass judgment on others' behavior.
