Is Every Seder Kosher for Passover?

By A. James Rudin

Jewish Family & Life (JFL Media), March 1999

There is no problem in the Christian desire to celebrate Passover out of respect for the religion's Jewish roots. However, it is Judaism's right to claim this holiday as purely its own, without threat of other religious interpretations. The best accommodation of both sides is to have rabbis at Christian seders, or invite Christians to join seders in synagogues.
